The Public Service Obligation Contracts between the National Transport Authority and M&A Coaches Ltd are contracts which commenced on 7th May 2013 (828 Service) and 25th November 2013 (828x Service). The contracts outline the performance requirements that M&A Coaches must meet in return for the payment of a public subsidy. In 2013 the subsidy payment for both services was €31,562. A proportion of that payment is withheld each month and is only paid if the performance targets are met by M&A Coaches.
