Biking. (Youth Session)
A gentle introduction to
mountain biking with some
trail riding and an introduction
to the basic skills, ideal
for newcomers to the sport.

Free Bike Safety Check & Bike
Tattoo / Stenciling

The Bike safety check is an
inspection of a bicycle to
ensure that it is in good
working condition and safe
for riding. During a safety
check, a technician will
inspect various components
of the bike such as the brakes,
tires, wheels, pedals, chain,
gears, and handlebars, among
others. Bike Tattoo/Stenciling
using digital drawings, stencils
are cut and used for printing
one of multiple designs
available onto bicycles.
This is a fun way of
personalising your bike
with a design that reflects

A 6 week learn to cycle
programme for children with
additional needs aged between
5-18 years of age. This
programme is run by Dún Laoghaire
Rathdown Sports Partnership
in partnership with The
Cycling Safety School &
Enable Ireland. It has a high
success rate with teaching
children how to cycle while

This is a fun filled family
event old ferry terminal
of Dun Laoghaire. There
will be a large array of
cargo bikes on demo that
will be participating in
a various mini fun races.
The objective is to showcase
their capabilities and
maneuverability to the
public while having a ton

will be prizes to win on
the day, this will be a
family friendly event.
