Consultation on 2016 SPSV Regulations
Pursuant to the provisions of the Taxi Regulation Act 2013, the Authority proposes to make a new regulation, the Taxi Regulation (Small Public Service Vehicle) Regulation 2016.
Consequential to the commencement of the Public Transport Act 2016, the Authority proposes a new regulation, the Taxi Regulation (Small Public Service Vehicle) Regulation 2016, to effect the substitution of the reference “25(3)” with reference “25(4)” in row 4, column 2 of the Table at Schedule 8 of the Taxi Regulation (Small Public Service Vehicle) Regulations 2015.

Written submissions in relation to the proposed regulation may be made in one of the three following ways:

All submissions must include the subject of the submission, the full name and address of the person making the submission and where relevant the name of the body or organisation represented. The Authority may publish submissions received in full. Note also that the Authority is subject to Freedom of Information legislation.
CLOSING DATE FOR RECEIPT OF ALL SUBMISSIONS IS 5PM ON MONDAY, 28 MARCH 2016.
