Compliance Statistics Report

This report provides an overview of Small Public Service Vehicle (SPSV) compliance and enforcement activity undertaken by the National Transport Authority (NTA). It includes statistics on complaints received, complaint outcomes, and Fixed Payment Notices issued in relation to SPSV regulations.

The report is updated on an ongoing basis and reflects the most recent compliance data available. Statistics are generally published by quarter and are typically reported six months in arrears. Revised versions of the report are uploaded to the NTA website as new data becomes available.
