The project was charged with procuring and implementing a new finance and accounting platform to streamline and improve financial process efficiency, provide improved capability for budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis and to replace, on a phased basis, the existing finance legacy systems.
This was required due to significant growth and expansion of the NTA over the past 14 years.
The Final Business Case was prepared in accordance with the Public Spending Code (PSC) guidelines.
It reassessed the Preliminary Business Case (PBC), in light of final tender submissions and other evolutions and outcomes of the Procurement process.
