The NTA has today published its 2022 Gender Pay Gap Report.
According to the report, as at 19th June 2022, the mean gender pay gap for all employees in the NTA is 3.78%, with the median gender pay being 1.91%.
The gender pay gap is the difference in the average gross hourly pay of women compared with men in a particular organisation, regardless of the nature of their work.
From this month, gender pay gap reporting becomes a requirement under the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021, for organisations with 250 or more employees.
Although, the NTA has fewer than 250 employees, and is therefore not required to report on gender pay gap until 2024, this report is being published in the interests of transparency and accountability.
