PSV Certificates
The Carriage Office of An Garda Síochána, or your local PSV Officer licence large Public Service Vehicles (PSVs).
The Carriage Office in Dublin has advised us of the following:
- A walk in service has resumed for all LPSV applications. Opening hours are 2.00pm to 4.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
- For enquiries on all applications (renewal and new) email DMR@garda.ie.
Road Safety Authority
Commercial Vehicle Road-worthiness Testing (CVRT)
All commercial vehicles must be tested when they are over one years old and annually after that.
