A number of bus companies, including those who provide PSO services, operate commercial scheduled public transport services across the country. These commercial services operate without any public subsidy from the Authority.
These services form an integral part of the public transport network. The Authority regulates the provision of these services by licensing them in accordance with the Public Transport Regulation Act 2009.
