A confidential telephone survey of SPSV drivers nationwide and an online survey of consumers was carried out in September/October 2020 and repeated again in February/March, May/June and September/October 2021. These surveys aimed to establish how services have changed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and covered areas such as demand, operational expenses and insurance, together with other topical items for the industry.
