RSA & NCTS are working together to resolve the current issue with the NCT service.
NTA has been informed there will be increased availability in NCT centres with functioning scissor lifts in the coming days to facilitate the completion of NCT tests.
NCTS has committed to NTA to continue to prioritise SPSV Operators for NCT bookings and this is working well.
All SPSV operators are encouraged to contact NCT as soon as possible to make an SPSV NCT booking.
