A confidential telephone survey of approximately 660 drivers nationwide commenced on Monday 19 September and an online survey of approximately 1,000 taxi users is due to commence in the coming weeks. The surveys will be conducted by Behaviour & Attitudes on behalf of NTA. These surveys will provide information in the areas of insurance, fuel and other operating costs including electric vehicles, together with current taxi demand and supply. NTA would really appreciate your time and assistance if you receive a call.
The findings of these surveys are anonymous and will be published on NTA’s website in due course.
