Following the commencement of the Public Transport Act 2016, the Authority proposes a new regulation, the Taxi Regulation (Small Public Service Vehicle) Regulation 2016, to effect the substitution of reference “25(3)” with “25(4)” in row 4, column 2 of the Table at Schedule 8 of the Taxi Regulation (Small Public Service Vehicle) Regulations 2015.
