Upload SPSV fleet vehicle registration numbers to the National Fleet Database by 30th November 2023
All fleet owners including SPSV and taxi firms, will have to upload the registration numbers, for vehicles that are covered under a fleet insurance policy, to the National Fleet Database when Sections 56A(7) to 56A(10) of the Road Traffic and Roads Act (2023) are commenced on 30th November.
If vehicle registrations are not uploaded to the database at https://nfd.mtpl.ie/ SPSV and taxi firms may run the risk of breaking the law and be subject to a fine of up to €500 upon conviction in the District Court.
