A total of 100 complaints were received during September 2014.  The majority of these complaints related to driver conduct.

In September, 15 individuals were prosecuted at district courts in Dublin, Kerry, Donegal, Tipperary and Cork. 11 of these individuals were prosecuted for operating without valid SPSV licences. The remainder were prosecuted for failing to pay Fixed Payment Notices.
