NTA is delighted with the unprecedented response to WAV24, with over 1300 application numbers received on day 1, far exceeding previous years. This very positive response means that application numbers have already met the 2024 funds available.
NTA is making best efforts to validate all applications received and assess them in line with the application criteria at the earliest opportunity, but as a result of the numbers received, applicants should be aware that the standard response timelines do not apply and existing WAV24 applicants will be contacted by NTA with regard to their application in January. NTA will not be in a position to respond to enquiries regarding an individual application status in the interim.
Applicants that do not receive a Provisional Grant Offer in January will be placed on a cancellation list. Further details on next steps will be provided to all applicants in due course
