Cashless Payment

Given the current circumstances caused by the COVID-19 virus, SPSV operators can chose not to accept payment in the form of cash. Any operators who chose to use cashless payment only must make this clear to all intending passengers before the journey commences.


Taximeter Verification

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, and to ensure compliance with the HSE guidelines, NSAI/LMS have decided to suspend all nationwide taximeter verification activity until further notice. As a result Taximeter verification will not form part of your suitability inspection.
