SPSV Information line is receiving an abnormally high number of calls

The SPSV Information line is receiving an abnormally high number of calls, resulting in prolonged wait times.

A large volume of calls are being received in relation to the eSPSV Grant Scheme and the National Maximum Taxi Fare increase.

If you wish to make a Meter Sealing Appointment, please call Legal Metrology on 01 – 4135951.

If you have submitted an application for the eSPSV Grant, your application will be processed in due course and there is no requirement to place a follow up call. All information relating to the Grant Scheme can be found on the Forms & Guides section of NTA’s website.

If you are waiting for your meter to be approved or cannot get an appointment to update your meter before 1st September you can continue to operate on the old, lower fare until an appointment is available. Once your meter/appointment is available you must update to the new fare ASAP.

Resources on the SPSV Information Line have been increased in an effort to reduce wait times as far as practicable.
