SPSV licence holders may disregard any tax compliance status notifications issued on Monday morning, 25th January 2021. Revenue has today confirmed that the large number of email notifications which issued to SPSV licence holders on Monday morning, as a result of a minor glitch with their I.T. system, can be ignored.
However as it is an SPSV licence holder’s obligation to always remain tax compliant, status notifications issued at all other times should be heeded and actioned appropriately.
