NTA have had a remarkable response since the WAV23 Scheme opened on January 1. As a result, all allocated funding has now been provisionally offered. New applications are being placed on a waitlist.
Should more funding become available, we will contact the parties on the waitlist in relation to their application. We cannot provide an estimated wait time as this process is determined by allocated funding availability.
Please note, if you licence a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle without receipt of a Provisional Grant Offer, you will not receive grant funding.
If you wish to be removed from the WAV23 waitlist, and withdraw your application, please contact us at wav.grant@nationaltransport.ie. Please quote your case reference number in all correspondence related to your application.
