Strategic Infrastructure Development
In accordance with Article 211 (2) of the Planning and Development Regulations 2006, the National Transport Authority is a prescribed body and can make written submissions on strategic infrastructural developments which might significantly impact on the surface transport in the Greater Dublin Area. These submissions can be viewed as part of the public planning files in the offices of An Bord Pleanála.
