NTA Ferry Port Survey 2023
In April and May 2023, the NTA, in conjunction with the port authorities, undertook a survey of Ferry Port passengers in Dublin, Cork, and Rosslare ports.
The main purpose of the survey was to obtain essential information about air passengers travelling to and from the State via ferry. The survey focused mainly on obtaining landside travel data, and hence included questions on the patterns of travel, arrival and departure times, and the mode of travel used to access the ports.
