The user seeking access to the model must have the following before they can become an approved model user:
- At least 2 years’ experience in Cube and/or SATURN
- Experience in coding SATURN networks – simulation and buffer
The model user must submit a model access request to set up a project using the model and the underlying data
The model user must provide the following before a model can be run:
- Certification report
- Version Control
